Vera Shelman, 43, of Poulsbo, WA., passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020, at St. Michaels Medical Center (formerly Harrison Medical Center) in Bremerton, WA. Born in San Diego, California she has been a resident of Poulsbo for the past 10 years.
