On December 15th, 2022 Stephen Douglas Kratz, 80, passed away in Poulsbo, WA. Stephen was born on September 11th, 1942 in Williams, AZ. After receiving his master's degree, Stephen went on to work in the marketing/technology industry. Stephen was a Bainbridge Island, WA resident for over 19 years and will be missed by many friends and family members.
