On July 8th, 2024 Shirley Margaret Wiley, 89, passed away in Kingston, WA. Shirley was born on February 28th, 1936 in Dickinson, ND. Shirley was a dedicated public-school teacher for many years. Shirely will be missed by all who knew her.
