On July 1st, 2024 Portus David Boyce, Jr. passed away in Poulsbo, WA. Portus was born on October 4th, 1941 in Seattle, WA.  After receiving his master's degree, Portus went on to become an accountant in the tax industry. Portus was a lifelong Washington State resident and will be missed by many friends and family members.
