Patricia was the daughter of J Edward Lynch and Dolores Jones. After receiving her master's degree, Patricia went on to become a counselor in the academic industry. Patricia was a Poulsbo resident for over eight years and will be missed by many including her husband, Matthew Lyons. Arrangements are under the care of Simplicity Cremation of Poulsbo, WA.
