On October 23rd, 2021 Olivia Christine Frazier, 73, passed away in Silverdale, WA. Olivia was born on September 11th, 1948 in Florida. Olivia was the daughter of Joe henry Kelsey and Auselia Irene Carter. After receiving her bachelor's degree, Olivia became a self employed accountant. Olivia was a Silverdale resident for over 5 years and will be missed by many including her husband, Ron Frazier. Arrangements are under the care of Simplicity Cremation of Poulsbo, WA.
