On April 18th, 2022, Michelle Dianne Rutan, 69, passed away at St. Michaels Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. Michelle was born on September 16th, 1952, in Portland, OR. Michelle was the daughter of James Wuckham and Margorie Griggs. Michelle was a Port Orchard, WA resident for over 40 years and will be missed by many including her husband, Frederic Rutan.
