On July 22nd, 2023 Mark Richard Horowitz, 71, passed away in Silverdale, WA. Mark was born on September 12th, 1951 in West Chester, PA. Mark was in computer sales for many years. Mark was a Bremerton, WA resident for over 7 years and will be missed by many friends and family members.
