John Charles Carrigan, 67, a lifelong resident of Bremerton, WA., passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020, in Bremerton. He was the son of Loren Howard and Hazel Virginia (Wright) Carrigan and worked for many years as a welder. John is survived by his brother Michael. Services and interment were private. Arrangements are under the care of Simplicity Cremation of Poulsbo, Wa.
