On June17th, 2025, Jay Franklin West, 90, passed away in Poulsbo, WA. Jay was born on January 25th, 1935 in Bristol Township, PA. After receiving his bachelor's degree, Jay went on to become a logistics engineer in the US Navy. Jay will be missed by his many friends and family members.
