On May 18th, 2023 Eugene Silas Allen, Jr. passed away in Silverdale, WA. Eugene was born on April 4th, 1944 in Oakland, CA. Eugene was a dedicated naval architect for the federal government. Eugene was a Silverdale resident for over 29 years and will be missed by many friends and family members.
