On Friday, September 17th, 2021 Elsie L Doser, 88, passed away at St. Michael's Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. Elsie was born on April 29th, 1933 in Raton, NM. Elsie was the daughter of Louis Thomas and Elsie Hetrick. After receiving her Doctorate, Elsie went into the education industry. Elsie will be missed by all her friends and family including her sister, Dorothy J Smith. Arrangements are under the care of Simplicity Cremation of Poulsbo, WA.
