Don Bergman, 82, devoted husband of 61 years to Suzanne Bergman, passed away on June 10 2026. Born in San Diego, California, Don was the son of Oscar and Bernace Bergman. He graduated from Lynwood High School and Compton Community College and served for two years in the U.S. Navy. Don and Suzie moved to Washington State where Don enjoyed a long and successful career as a telecommunications engineer, retiring from Quest Communications in 2005. Don and Suzie lived a wonderful life together, raising three children in Poulsbo, Washington. For 61 years, their steadfast love and unwavering commitment to each other inspired family and friends alike. Beyond his devotion to his wife and family, Don pursued his interests with infectious enthusiasm, taking great joy in classic car shows, photography, and he could fix just about anything. Above all, he was the kindest, most loving Dad and Grandpa a family could ever ask for. Don is survived by his wife Suzanne Bergman; his children Christeen, Mark and Cynthia; his three grandchildren; and his sisters, Marilyn Jaeger and Linda Pincombe. Don will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
