On October 27th, 2023 Debra Joan Cotey, 69, passed away in Silverdale, WA. Debra was born on November 12, 1953 in Bremerton, WA. Debra worked for the IRS for many dedicated years. Debra was a lifelong Washington State resident and will be missed by many friends and family members.
