Charles Harrigan, 73, passed away on Sunday, March 21th, 2021 at St. Michael Medical Center of Silverdale. He was born on September 3rd, 1947 in Seattle, WA., to Wayne and Alberta Harrigan. Charles was a Washington State native.
Arrangements are under the care of Simplicity Cremation of Poulsbo, WA.
