On April 3rd, 2022, Bruce Dwayne Owens, 76, passed away at St. Michael's Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. Bruce was born on October 19th, 1945, in Everett, WA. Bruce was the son of Owen Owens and Jennie Haverfield. Bruce was a Kingston, WA resident for over 20 Years and will be missed by many including his wife, Carole Owens.
