We are saddened to announce the passing of Adam Stanley Skilken, on January 26, 2026 in Silverdale Washington. He was 93 years old.

He is survived by his children, Sheri Pacitto, Daniel and Nancy Skilken, Tammie and Steven Moritz, and Susan Wittenberg. And by his grandchildren, Lauren Lewis, Aaron Skilken, Jennifer Moritz, Hannah Moritz, Adam Moritz, and Shaina Pacitto. And his great grandchildren, Levi Lewis, Sadie Lewis, and Noah Skilken.

Adam graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in architecture. After four years in the Navy, his diverse career spanned commercial property construction, management, and development, paving company ownership, commercial real estate sales, silver mine management, and certified hypnotherapy. A skilled electrician, plumber, roofer, and welder, Adam could build or fix anything.

The family will honor Adam’s final wishes that he be cremated, and his ashes spread in the rain forest near his home.
